Il Feudo in the beautiful village of San Gimignano, in the heart of Tuscany and among the gentle Sienese hills.
In this village that has remained "as it once was", among its streets that have preserved their medieval charm intact, the challenge is no longer played on the primacy of the highest tower, the challenge today is played entirely in the kitchen, with the complicity of a a territory that has also remained intact, where authentic peasant activities still exist, and the generous nature gives the typical treasures, which are the primary source of inspiration for our gastronomic philosophy.
After about 25 years of experience in the food and wine sector, the highly decorated chef Gennaro with his brigade wanted to combine the right value for money by highlighting the local product on the plate.
