The PummaRe Restaurant is for Insideat the creative laboratory located a few steps from the Vatican Museums, in the heart of the Prati district.
The exclusive position, raised from the street level, is made even more unique by the large terrace overlooking Via Andrea Doria, a true oasis of tranquility capable of hosting even large groups for unforgettable events.
Inside, the harmony between elements of tradition and modernity makes the restaurant room welcoming and refined: the ideal environment for cooking classes!

Cookingclass Pasta
The 1 hour pasta class is the ideal lesson for those who want to learn the art of fresh handmade pasta and discover the secrets of the tradition of Italian master pasta makers!
After warming the atmosphere with a welcome aperitif, you put on your apron and the experience begins: our chef will follow the guests step by step in the creation of a perfect dough, entertaining them with anecdotes and curiosities about the Italian culinary tradition.
The ingredients are worked by hand and the pastry is rolled out, before arriving at the final moment of cutting the fettuccine with a knife, rough and with an exquisite taste just like grandma's!
The freshly produced pasta is cooked and seasoned by the chef and guests, comfortably seated in the welcoming restaurant room, will taste the exquisite fruit of their labor, with a matching drink!
GROUPS: Minimum 15 - Maximum 30 participants

Cookingclass Pizza
Do you dream of knowing how to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza like a true master pizza chef? Choose our pizza class and you will discover all the secrets behind the creation of a perfect pizza!
After a welcome home-made aperitif, the "hands-on" experience will begin: you will be guided step by step by our master pizza chef in making the dough, starting with water, yeast and flour. You will then season the pizza to your liking, choosing from the many ingredients available and you will cook it in a real wood-fired oven. Once the practical experience is over, you can sit in the welcoming room of our restaurant and taste your delicious culinary creation,
sipping a drink with your adventure companions!
DURATION: 1 hour and 30 minutes + the time needed for tasting – starting time 10.30am/11am ending 1.00pm
