The restaurant Il Girasole is a traditional Roman “Trattoria”, located in the historic center of Rome, in the ancient “Rione Monti”. The restaurant has three dining rooms and, in summer, our customers can avail of a nice garden with gazebo. The feature that makes this place unique is the eighteenth-century walls preserved with typical Roman bricks original period and the ceiling with beams and planks of wood beams.
The dishes on the menu are those of the best traditions of the italian Capital. From carbonara, amatriciana, the typical saltimbocca, tripe, up to the delicious homemade desserts.
