With the Pizza and Tiramisu course you will learn how to make two of the most iconic creations in Italy.
With our course you will feel at home! We will serve local wine, prosecco and snacks upon arrival.
The customer will learn how to make pizza with a real English-speaking Italian pizza chef; he will learn the techniques of pizza dough, as has been done in Italy for two centuries.
You can choose whether to season the pizza with a delicious salty Italian ham or fruity black olives, leave the white base or create a red pizza with a base rich in tomato sauce.

The Italian ice cream and biscuits lesson we organize is an authentic Italian experience where you learn how to make ice cream and biscuits or tiramisu from scratch. This family-friendly class is led by an English-speaking chef and is held in a 17th-century palace around the corner from Piazza Navona, or in a brand new cooking school a stone's throw from the Pantheon.
Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors alike, this cooking class is all about the "dolce vita". You will have the extraordinary opportunity to customize and create the classic Italian ice cream with your favorite flavors. One or two scoops? Just choose between fresh seasonal fruit, such as Tuscan strawberries or Sorrento lemons, deep green pistachios, high quality dark chocolate from Perugia or the always sweet Nutella. While the ice cream freezes, you can make Italian biscuits, the perfect partner for ice cream.
