Il Duca di Orvieto is the only restaurant in the city that offers dishes of historical cuisine taken from old disappeared Orvieto recipes and early 16th century recipes linked to a history of Orvieto.
Il Duca di Orvieto restaurant is located in the historic center of the city, near Piazza del Popolo, in the center between the Pozzo di San Patrizio and the Duomo.
Chef Adler offers individual or group cooking lessons with tasting of the dishes prepared.
The dining room service will be done in historical costume of the Orvieto renaissance.
