Hostaria Lo Spito, located in via San Leonardo, 63 in Viterbo, was born in 2011 from the idea of ​​Alessandro Birelli, a twenty-two year old boy with a modest experience in the sector but with a lot of passion for cooking and cooking meat.
The idea was to create a small restaurant specializing in grilled meat .. and these are precisely the reasons why, over the years, Lo Spito has become a reference point for lovers of good food and especially good meat. !!!
At the Hostaria, exceptional dishes are cooked using seasonal products of the highest quality prepared with the simplicity of home cooking.
The specialty, as already mentioned, is grilled meat cooked to perfection in a magnificent open brazier.
