The Trattoria-Pizzeria Al Mangiar Bene aims to be an organic short chain project, a business that, for the purchase of raw materials, does not make use of conventional intermediation channels but of a direct relationship with companies local farms, preferring organic ones.
We do not use products from the agro-food multinationals that with their commercial policy are expelling our farmers from the countryside, without giving any price and quality advantage to the consumer citizen.
