The Tarì Art Restaurant in Amalfi, unmissable flavors for a modern return to origins.
After about 50 years comes the turning point for Il Tarì, a historic restaurant located a few steps from the Cathedral of Amalfi, one of the symbolic monuments of the Amalfi Coast.
In the kitchen and at the head of the kitchen brigade, the executive chef Valentino Lucibello, whose cuisine enhances the classics of seafood dishes and lets himself be caressed by Mediterranean influences in the story of centuries of history, a cuisine that in addition to capturing the palate, is concerned with use fresh, healthy and genuine products.
From bread to desserts, everything comes from the hands of the chef, with devotion and contemplating the right times, to praise Il Tarì with touches of identity.
The owner Bartlomiej Pazderski, passionate about wines, personally takes care of the selection, drawing from various Italian terroirs, but above all from the best producers of Campania and the Amalfi Coast.
