The large internal room characterized by wooden furniture and large stone vaults houses the tables distributed throughout the aisles. The real protagonist of the room, in addition to the counter with the kegs of craft beers not to be missed, is the fireplace where Chef Niko prepares tasty grilled meat.
Large spaces also in the external part, with a covered and heated veranda, for the winter months, and an area with an all-summer flavor, close to the swimming pool.
The Small Bridge is characterized by a youthful, informal environment managed by professionals from the catering sector. The kitchen remains open until 02.00.
In our restaurant we serve the Pinsa Romana with 72 hours of high digestibility leavening. Our sandwiches are all cooked express with homemade bread always with pinsa flour.
